The Saxo is a very complex artisanal Wallonian blond ale with an unusual hoppiness, bitterness and a touch of spice. There is a most pleasantly bizzare grainy punch of taste preceding hops with waves of flavors whizzing over the tongue. 100% organically grown Pilsner and Munich malts, raw wheat, Saaz hops.
